Shearer Heating A/C & Refrigeration Inc. in Washington, PA is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead HVAC Service Tech to join our team full-time. We specialize in providing high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions for both residential and commercial clients. As a Lead HVAC Service Tech, you will diagnose and repair HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, conducting routine maintenance, and using an iPad to document service calls and process payments efficiently. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDHigh school diploma or equivalentCompletion of HVAC trade schoolValid driver's licenseUniversal Refrigeration CertificationMust reside within 1 hour of our office in Washington, PAAbility to use an iPadPreferred Qualifications:4+ years of experienceHVAC Troubleshooting SkillsExperienced charging and collecting from residential customersExperience using a flat rate book/software SCHEDULE & LOCATIONThis full-time heating and cooling position operates from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with additional opportunities for overtime and participation in an on-call rotation.
