Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Customer Account Representative to build customer relationships, support account growth, and identify new business opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with customers, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and working toward measurable sales goals.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present products and services and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Identify opportunities to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to support sales growth.
- Support customer retention and repeat business initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer and account information.
- Track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales results.
- Strong relationship-building and persuasion abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, account support, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
