Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health challenges and to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to deliver individualized therapy sessions, including both individual and couples therapy.
\n
• Establishing therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and tracking their progress toward achieving these goals.
\n
• Providing teletherapy services to clients who may face accessibility challenges, ensuring that high-quality care is available to all.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through participation in staff meetings, group supervision, and one-on-one discussions with clinical supervisors.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents, each with unique needs. Your expertise will play a critical role in addressing relational issues, mental health diagnoses, and developmental challenges, allowing you to make tangible improvements in their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are preferred.

• Demonstrated experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations in therapeutic settings.

• Skilled in providing individual and couples therapy, with a strong foundation in diverse therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred for candidates:

• Previous experience in a community health setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual therapy platforms.

• Experience in trauma-informed care and holistic treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive compensation package, where the annual salary ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 101,000, supplemented by performance bonuses.
