$22-$30 per hour
1st shift
10 hours per day, 5 days per week (includes 3 paid breaks totaling 40 minutes)
Fabricator/Welder/Fitup Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Perform Mig Welding Of Steel Components; Occasional Tig Welding As Needed.
- Fabricate And Weld Parts According To Blueprints And Specifications.
- Read, Understand, And Interpret Part Drawings Accurately.
- Polish And Finish Welds To Meet Quality Standards.
- Operate Fabrication Equipment Including Shears And Brakes.
- Perform Minor Pushing, Pulling, And Twisting As Needed During Fabrication Tasks.
- Maintain A Clean And Organized Work Area.
Fabricator/Welder/Fitup Requirements:
- Ability To Lift Up To 40 Lbs. To Waist Level (2–5 Times Per Day) And Up To 20 Lbs. To Shoulder Height (2–4 Times Per Day).
- Ability To Perform Repetitive Lifting (5–10 Times Per Day).
- Basic Math Skills Including Addition, Subtraction, And Multiplication.
- Knowledge Of Fractions And Decimal Equivalents.
- Ability To Work With Minimal Use Of Mobile Stairs (Approximately 2 Times Per Day).
- Strong Attention To Detail And Commitment To Producing Quality Work.
- Ability To Follow Instructions And Work Independently Or As Part Of A Team.
