MDS Coordinator

About the Role Brooke Knoll Village is seeking an MDS Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a licensed LPN or RN with on-the-job training or an MDS-training program; we are willing to train quick learners. MDS Coordinators must be organized, detail-oriented, have strong assessment skills and be able to work independently. About Brooke Knoll Village Brooke Knoll Village is a skilled nursing facility located in Avon, IN.
