Key Responsibilities of the RN Pediatric Pre-op

Prepare pediatric patients for pre-operative procedures
Provide necessary pre-operative education to patients and families
Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes
Assist with post-operative care and recovery
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements of the RN Pediatric Pre-op

Active RN license in the state of Ohio
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Minimum of 1 year of pediatric nursing experience
