UKG is seeking a senior leader to define knowledge architecture for CX learning, implement AI and workflow intelligence, and drive automation across the content lifecycle. You will blend product, data and learning expertise to deliver modern, integrated knowledge experiences that reduce learner friction and support interactions.

Lead efforts on taxonomy, AI solutions, and integrations with CMS/LMS/KM systems; build governance and measurement frameworks to improve knowledge efficacy and case
