Director of Recruitment Provides strategic leadership for data‑driven enrollment initiatives focused on online and non‑traditional student populations. Oversees the Central enrollment services team, aligning recruitment efforts with institutional enrollment goals and ensuring high performance and data‑based decision making. Key Responsibilities Direct, develop, and implement enrollment strategies to achieve Palmetto College goals. Analyze enrollment data, market trends, and pipeline performance to inform strategy. Coach and evaluate recruitment staff, driving continuous improvement. Build and expand a statewide network of partners to increase awareness of online and degree‑completion pathways. Maintain timely, accurate, student‑centered communication using CRM‑driven workflows. Generate regular reports on recruitment and enrollment trends, performance metrics, and forecasts. Lead recruitment staff through performance management and professional development. Essential Functions (Percent of Time) 30%: Design and implement data‑driven recruitment and enrollment strategies. 20%: Develop and evaluate recruitment plans for central and campus‑based representatives using metrics and market analysis. 20%: Build and expand statewide partner network, collaborating with Corporate and Community Engagement. 15%: Ensure timely and student‑centered communication, optimizing CRM workflows. 10%: Provide regular performance reports and guide decision‑making with data insights. 5%: Develop and lead staff coaching, evaluation, and training aligned with enrollment goals. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience). Preferred: Master’s degree. Required: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, data‑management and analytical proficiency, and a strong sales‑oriented mindset. Additional: Comfortable with CRM systems, relational databases, and reporting tools such as Excel. Physical: Capable of standing for extended periods and managing large volumes of recruitment materials. Job Duties Develop and execute data‑driven recruitment and enrollment strategies. Guide recruitment staff toward effective execution and continuous improvement. Build statewide partnerships, develop pipelines, and leverage market insights. Optimize CRM‑driven communications and workflows. Analyze and report on recruitment performance and trends. Coach and evaluate recruitment staff and stay current on emerging trends.
