The Nuclear Company is seeking a motivated Associate Recruiter to support high volume hiring across our growing nuclear energy services portfolio. This role will focus on recruiting skilled trades professionals including millwrights, electricians, machinists, and other craft roles supporting outage, maintenance, and project work nationwide.
The Associate Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support while building strong pipelines of qualified trades talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers, clients, and workforce development partners to ensure the timely deployment of skilled workers to meet project and operational needs.
Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Manage the entire recruitment process, including:

Developing job descriptions and posting open positions on relevant platforms.
Source qualified candidates through trade specific job boards, networking, referrals, workforce partners, and industry platforms.
Conduct high volume resume reviews and phone screens to evaluate technical skills, certifications, availability, and deployment readiness.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and project teams.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building:

Build and maintain strong pipelines of skilled trades talent to support ongoing and future workforce needs.
Proactively source passive candidates and maintain a deployment ready pool of qualified trades professionals.
Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to identify top talent in the nuclear energy field.
Maintain organized candidate records and talent pools within the applicant tracking system.
Support recruiting initiatives that expand the company’s reach within the skilled trades workforce.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing them with regular updates on the recruitment process.
Participate in job fairs, workforce development events, trade schools, and industry recruiting events.
Data & Analytics:

Produce weekly hiring reports for hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate data, screening notes, and pipeline tracking within the ATS.
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a technical or engineering field.
~ Experience recruiting in the nuclear energy industry or another highly regulated environment is a plus.

Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse, and other recruiting tools.

The estimated starting salary range for this role is $100,000-$110,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis.
