Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology to make decisions related to production, ordering, receiving orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging and identifying member needs; assists with purchasing decisions and handling payments; locates merchandise; resolves member issues and concerns.
