What You'll Be Doing

Manage an existing portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts

Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, condo associations, and commercial clients

Conduct site visits and ensure service quality meets client expectations

Identify and sell enhancement projects that add value for customers

Drive client retention, account growth, and overall profitability

Partner closely with operations teams to deliver exceptional service

Ideal Background

Commercial landscape maintenance experience (Required)

Account management or business development experience

Enhancement sales and estimating experience

Experience working with property managers, HOAs, or commercial clients

Aspire experience is a plus

Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
