Quality Control Manager

Seeking a strategic and results-oriented Quality Control Manager, the full-time remote position will lead quality operations, ensure compliance with performance standards, and drive quality initiatives for a high-visibility program supporting the national organ transplant system. Key responsibilities Direct all quality operations including planning, implementation monitoring, and reporting functions Develop and oversee effective management and quality systems to identify improvement opportunities and ensure adherence to performance indicators Manage quality training for employees and communicate corporate quality standards to internal and external clients Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of professional experience, or equivalent education and experience 3 years of experience supervising or managing staff 5+ years of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or related compliance experience in a highly regulated environment Experience in developing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and data analytics platforms
