Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Logistics Manager (5+ years) to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, improve efficiency, report on performance KPIs/monthly GP, and help scale our capabilities for future expansion.

We operate a high-volume warehouse, processing roughly 500 time-sensitive orders per day and handling 15,000 SKUs for our 25 clients. Roughly 70% of the company's orders are shipped directly to customers, and around 30% of finished branded products are shipped to our warehouse for further distribution through one of the 30 Shopify internal e-commerce sites we run for our customers. Once the inventory gets shipped to the warehouse from the manufacturer, the warehouse will count/check it in, perform quality control, perform kitting or packaging (stickering, polybagging, folding), and then ship to one location, ship to multiple locations, or hold for inventory to be shipped at a later date. You will be responsible for scheduling the quality control and other end-of-job actions with each department using the NetSuite Warehouse Management System. You will be responsible for updating the schedule if necessary and communicating the changes to the Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse departments, including receiving, quality control, kitting/packaging, returns, and inventory control
• Develop and maintain SOPs for warehouse workflows and quality control
• Optimize warehouse layout, workflow efficiency, and storage utilization
• Manage real-time job-costing schedules for fulfillment orders to ensure accurate project profitability.
• Uphold our e-commerce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for 30+ e-commerce stores 
• Maintain accurate inventory records across all client programs
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate warehouse associates
• Establish performance expectations and accountability standards
• Conduct semi-annual staff performance reviews
• Manage relationships with UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight carriers, and courier services.
• Schedule kitting and packaging jobs for several clients and communicate updates to the sales team

Systems & Process Improvement

• Utilize NetSuite WMS, shipping platforms, and inventory systems to manage operations
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Track KPIs, including fulfillment accuracy, turnaround times, labor efficiency, and shipping
• Collaborate with leadership on scaling warehouse operations and client onboarding performance

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of warehouse logistics management experience with complex kitting, returns and exchanges, quality control, picking and packing
• Experience managing thousands of SKUs across multiple e-commerce accounts
• Strong inventory management and logistics experience
• Familiarity with WMS systems, shipping software, and e-commerce fulfillment platforms. We use NetSuite and would prefer NetSuite experience
• 5S Certification, preferred
