Company Supply New England is a well-established company which provides plumbing, heating, cooling and generator equipment and supplies for contractors throughout southern New England. We are looking for a full-time delivery driver to join our team. We welcome entry-level drivers with a strong desire to learn and develop as well as seasoned drivers. Summary/Objective The Inside Sales representative will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the distribution team to grow existing customers, to create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction. Sells and promotes the items and products that we have in stock – provide alternative suggestions to customers who request other products, and successfully converts initial customer requests to stock brands. Actively upsells customers on complimentary products beyond original order. Promotes current programs and sales. Follows-though on commitments (communications, bids, existing sales orders, etc.) made to customers. Meets and greets customers at the point of sale with service, respect, and knowledge. Confident and passionate about selling. Always closing and asking for the sale. Demonstrates comprehensive company product knowledge and can articulate competitive advantage. Exhibits positive outlook, camaraderie, and passion for the job. Builds relationships – Learns the value of relationships and views building relationships as a critical success tool. Relays market conditions and information in sales meetings and to the Director of Sales. Demonstrates proficiency with related computer systems and applications. Accurately follows procedures to ensure high-quality output and takes action to correct quality problems. Solves customer needs by recommending products or services that contribute to their level of satisfaction. Organizes work time to maximize efficiency with a defined time management process. Customer/Client Focus Time Management Organizational Skills Contribute to Team Success Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. Days of work are Monday through Friday, rotating Saturdays. Hours of operation are 7:00am to 4:30pm. A 30-minute unpaid lunch break is required. Physical Demands Occasional travel is expected with this position for trainings, events, etc.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Education and Experience Knowledge of Industry - Plumbing, Heating, or HVAC industry.
