Build impeccable metal structures in a collaborative shop that values craftsmanship, safety, and on-time delivery. As our Lead Welding Specialist, you’ll shape complex assemblies with precision while mentoring great teamwork in a supportive, fast-moving environment.
What success looks like- Accurate interpretation of blueprints and specifications to define each build.
- Clean, consistent welds using MIG, TIG, and stick methods on diverse metals.
- Documented inspection and testing of welds to meet required standards.
- Reliable, safe operation and upkeep of welding equipment and tools.
- Seamless collaboration that keeps projects on schedule and within budget.
- A tidy, organized, and safety-first work area at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal welding training preferred.
- Proven track record as a welder with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency with a range of welding processes and shop equipment.
- Strong blueprint and technical document reading capability.
- Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to quality.
- Excellent communicator and effective team contributor.
- Thorough knowledge of welding safety practices and standards.
- 6+ years of welding experience.
- U.S. citizen or green card holder.
