Labor & Employment Associate — PAGA & Wage/Hour Litigator

Buchalter PC is seeking a mid-level associate with approximately 4-5 years of experience to join our Labor and Employment Practice Group in California. The ideal candidate is currently licensed to practice law in California and has solid experience in employment litigation, including PAGA and wage/hour class actions. The role involves providing advice and counsel to various clients to minimize risk exposure and managing litigation if necessary.
