Skills / Requirements

• Advanced Carpentry & Trades:  Ability to perform high-quality finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall/painting, tiling, and basic plumbing/electrical updates.
• Scope & Estimates:  Proficiency in reading project scopes, diagnosing layout challenges, and estimating material needs accurately.
• Client Relations: Ability to build strong, professional relationships with property owners, managers, and residents during the renovation process.
• Safety & Mobility:  Ability to identify hazards and create effective solutions for a safe work area.
• Credentials:  Have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Tools: Possess standard personal hand tools to perform comprehensive remodeling trades.  Power tools are provided by the Company.
• Experience:  Minimum of 3+ years of residential remodeling or construction industry experience (5+ years preferred).
• Tech-Savvy: Experience using smartphones/tablets
