Your Role as Kitchen Manager
As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll be the culinary captain of the ship, ensuring every dish meets our high standards and every guest leaves with a smile. You’ll oversee food production, Back-of-the-House operations, and uphold our recipes, procedures, and systems to deliver consistent excellence. Beyond the kitchen, you’ll play a key role in overall restaurant operations, including food quality, safety, labor management, and team development. When the General Manager or Hospitality Manager is away, you’ll step up to lead the charge.
