Business AnalystLocation: Hartford, CT Onsite ContractCore Skills Business Analyst with strong experience in insurance domain and CCM Tool Open Text xPression or Exstream integrated with Guidewire Policy Center and Forms KnowledgeKey Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect analyze and document requirementsTranslate business needs into functional and nonfunctional specificationsWork closely with IT teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirementsConduct gap analysis impact analysis and feasibility studiesParticipate in Agile ceremonies Sprint Planning Daily Scrum RetrospectivesFacilitate workshops stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment across teamsMaintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in insuranceAnalyze business processes and suggest process improvements or automation opportunitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
