What You'll Do

As a Litigation Paralegal you will oversee the day-to-day management of personal injury cases from assignment through resolution while serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of personal injury files through Litigation Phases
• Maintain litigation files using cloud-based legal software
• Gather and organize supporting documentation
• Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other involved parties
• Assist with depositions, witness preparation, legal research, and prepare/manage trial exhibits
• Ensure files progress efficiently and timely
• Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications

• 2+ years Civil Litigation or Personal Injury Litigation relative experience required
• Strong understanding of personal injury processes, terminology, and civil procedure
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with follow through
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Bilingual abilities highly valued but not required
