Spirits Production Assistant: Blending, Proofing & QC
Latitude Beverage Company
Latitude Beverage is seeking a Spirits Production Assistant to support post-distillation production activities for vodka and whiskey, including receiving, blending, proofing, filtration, cask finishing, and quality control. This hands-on role focuses on rectification, finishing, and compliance, with involvement in barrel sampling and batch preparation for bottling.
