Our agency opened in 2012 and is a close-knit team of five who bring positive energy and a strong work ethic to everything we do. I’m a second-generation State Farm agent and spent many years in different roles within State Farm corporate before opening my own office, which gave me a deep understanding of the business and how to support both customers and team members.I’ve been married to my college sweetheart for 22 years, and we have three kids. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Nicole Billings‑Turner – State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
