THE ROLE
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll:
• Speak with prospective members over the phone about their Medicare
coverage options
• Understand each caller's needs and match them to the right plan
• Work from our call center with an experienced team around you —
no door-to-door
• Get coached daily by managers who've done the job themselves

WHAT WE OFFER
• $17.00/hour base pay
• Bonuses + commission on every sale — first-year agents typically
earn $85,000+ in total compensation*

• Stable Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00am–6:00pm — no nights, no weekends
