We’re on the lookout for a Freelance Art Director, a visually driven, concept-first creative who brings strong taste, storytelling instincts, and a collaborative mindset to every project. This role is ideal for someone who loves shaping big ideas, translating strategy into striking visuals, and working alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver memorable brand experiences.

This is a freelance role, and the work setup is remote, with flexibility for remote work. We are currently considering candidates based in California or New York, though standout remote talent may also be considered.

Your Background & Expertise
- Experience in art direction for brand campaigns, experiential marketing, or integrated creative work
- A portfolio that highlights strong visual storytelling, conceptual thinking, and design sensibility
- Comfortable collaborating across strategy, accounts, production, and client teams
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contributing big, original ideas for brand experiences and creative campaigns
- Translating concepts into compelling visual systems, including mood boards, comps, and design explorations
- Participating in and helping lead brainstorms to generate fresh creative directions
- Partnering with internal teams to ensure creative work aligns with strategy and client objectives
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to bring creative visions to life
- Presenting visual concepts with clarity and confidence
- Staying inspired by best-in-class brand, experiential, and campaign work
- Supporting and mentoring junior creatives in a collaborative team environment
