Business Analyst II

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to lead governance and documentation efforts across our planning and scheduling functions. This role will be instrumental in driving process consistency, ensuring data quality, and supporting cross-functional collaboration with project managers and key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage governance frameworks and documentation standards.
Drive the planning and master scheduling processes across teams.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, workflows, and systems.
Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation.
Monitor compliance with documentation and governance protocols.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of governance, documentation, and planning methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
