We're looking for a friendly, dependable Float Patient Coordinator to support multiple dental practices throughout the Louisville, KY area . You'll be an essential part of our team, stepping in where needed to ensure every office delivers an exceptional patient experience.

What You'll Do

Welcome and assist patients with a friendly, professional attitude
Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls
Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
Support daily front office operations across multiple practice locations
Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
Provide outstanding customer service while adapting to different offices

What We're Looking For

6 months–3 years of dental front office experience required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Dependable, flexible, and willing to travel between offices in the Louisville area
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
