Four Seasons Kanga Roof is seeking a full-time Sheet Metal Foreman to join our team in Roseville, MI. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 4+ years of sheet metal experience w/general roofing knowledge and skills Ability to run a 3-5 person crew effectively Knowledge and skills to install Metal Roof systems Competence with technology and ability to read and understand work orders Ability to set up ladders independently and work on commercial and residential roofs Capability to work in hot and cold weather and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The Sheet Metal Foreman will work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM . Employees dispatch daily from their home to the assigned job site and are not required to report to a central location before traveling to their site or service area. AVERAGE DAY AS A SHEET METAL FOREMAN As a Sheet Metal Foreman, you will oversee each project from start to finish, ensuring work is completed to Four Seasons Kanga Roof standards. You will conduct pre-job meetings with the Superintendent or Project Manager to review work orders, establish labor budgets, determine crew size, and confirm material lists. Throughout the day, you will monitor job site safety in accordance with OSHA standards, manage overall quality to meet manufacturer specifications, and verify that materials are ready for the next phase of work. You will maintain communication with the Sheet Metal Superintendent, Project Manager, general contractors, and building owners to ensure progress and coordination. Before leaving the site, you will confirm that the roof is watertight, secure tools and materials, and ensure the area is clean. You will also document progress by taking photos and entering notes into the company's CRM system. Must have the ability to pass a background check. #J-18808-Ljbffr
