The selected candidate will be responsible for developing highly creative training courses for existing and new systems. The ideal candidate will provide all aspects of aircrew/maintenance training to the customer personnel at various locations.The successful candidate must have experience in utilizing technology-based multimedia applications applying both innovative concept and methodologies and technical skills, using multiple media tools for development of applicable courseware to include latest research trends in graphic design, software, and training development techniques. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate experience with the latest instructional design trends in applicable training aids, including flight simulators, virtual reality, or various applicable part task training devices.Selected applicant must have an Active Top Secret with a Background Investigation within the last five years to start in this position.Up to 20% travel required.***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Top Secret clearance to start.***This position can be located in either Palmdale, CA or Marietta, GA.Basic QualificationsBachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.Experience with developing, planning, and facilitating training and courseware development.Technical understanding of mission systems/sub-systems, mission execution concepts, communications and ground control elements, and requirements management.Desired SkillsFamiliarity or user experience with Virtual Reality and/or Augmented Reality technologies or other gaming development software applications such as Gamemaker, Construct, or Unreal Engine.Understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts.Demonstrated experience using standard office software tools / solutions e.g., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).Prior military aircrew or maintenance training experience.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
