• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Start: ASAP
• Pay Rate: $65.00$70.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 4x10 (4 ten-hour shifts per week); exact shift times to be determined closer to start date. Day shift 7:00 AM5:30 PM available.
• Guaranteed Hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks (traveler can be called off for 1 ten-hour shift per 2 weeks)
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

CT Tech position at an acute care medical center/long-term care facility/outpatient center. This is a travel contract role with on-call requirements and weekend call coverage obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CT imaging equipment to acquire diagnostic images
• Float within scope to cover X-ray when facility needs require
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Support weekend call coverage as scheduled
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and charting systems (Epic)

Education Requirements

• BLS certification required
• ARRT CT certification required

Required Experience

• First timers accepted (0 years of experience required)

Required Skills

• Per Utilization Detail (UD) as specified by facility

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• On-call rotation required
• Weekend call coverage required
• Floating required between CT and X-ray within scope to meet facility needs
• Block schedule accommodations available
• Free parking
• Scrub color: Any or Business Casual
• Facility uses Epic charting system
• Level IV Trauma, Critical Access Hospital (46 acute care beds, 22 LTC beds)

Important Notes

• Local candidates not accepted; candidates' permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility
• Pending license not accepted
• RTO (Return to Origin) restrictions apply based on request
• Housing provided: Facility provides 1-bedroom apartment housing, available no earlier than 72 hours before contract begins and no longer than 24 hours after contract ends. Housing units accommodate the traveler only; additional family members require facility approval. Pets are not allowed. Housing unit must be cleaned upon departure or additional cleaning fees will be billed to traveler.
• Vehicle provided: Facility provides rental car/vehicle for use during assignment, available no earlier than 72 hours before contract begins and no longer than 24 hours after contract ends. Only the traveler is authorized to operate the vehicle. Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required. Traveler's personal vehicle insurance policy must have rental car insurance coverage. Vehicle is for local use only and should not be taken off-road or outside 30-mile radius from facility. If traveler has time off during contract, vehicle must be turned in and a new vehicle will be issued upon return. Tire chains available at additional cost (billed to traveler). Vehicle must be cleaned and returned with full tank of gas.
