HVAC Sales Engineer

Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling our specialized mechanical services to clients within commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

   • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
3. Technical Expertise:
   • Possess a deep understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, cooling solutions, and other related technologies.
   • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to effectively communicate their value to clients.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
   • Work closely with the service and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, meeting clients' expectations and timelines.
   • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns promptly.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
   • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
   • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in selling mechanical services to the data center industry.
• Strong technical background and understanding of mechanical systems and HVAC technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Ability to pass a background check and preemployment drug screen.
