Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree. Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting. Experience with programming (i.e. SQL). Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Experience in finance FP&A, management consulting, corporate strategy or similar. Ability to communicate, influence, and form strong working relationships with business partners. Strong problem solving and financial modeling skills including comfort with SQL and ambiguous data exploration. About The Job Cloud is a strategic priority for Google. Lead monthly forecasting by aligning Sales, Operations, and Product Finance to consolidate metrics (seats, business, bookings). Automate models, dashboards, and reports for faster, deeper insights. Serve as a trusted financial advisor to Sales, Operations, and Marketing leadership. Present financial narratives and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in key business reviews. Drive North America annual planning, delivering recommendations for subregion product splits across the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) portfolio. Conduct in-depth analyses on performance, profitability, and strategic priorities to guide executive decision-making. Foster strong alignment across regional finance, product finance, and cross-functional teams to share knowledge, refine processes, and execute joint initiatives.
