This is a hybrid role designed for professionals who value autonomy. You will have the freedom to manage your own schedule and work from home, combined with targeted travel across our key regional territory: Northwest Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma .

• Work-from-Home Flexibility: Handle administrative tasks, virtual employee consultations, and digital outreach from your home office.

• On-the-Site Impact: Visit local employers and conduct in-person consultations with employees across your designated territory.

• Self-Scheduled Hours: You control your calendar. We look for self-starters who can manage their time effectively to hit their professional and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Acquisition: Proactively connect with local business owners and decision-makers across NWA, KS, MO, and OK to establish new corporate partnerships.

• Employee Consultations: Sit down one-on-one with employees (both virtually and in-person at worksites) to navigate their available benefits, deliver clear overviews, and help them select the right coverage.

• Territory Management: Strategically plan your travel and schedule to efficiently service employers throughout your region.

• Professional Representation: Serve as a trusted, consultative expert representing Everett & Associates with high integrity.
