Role Summary This position is in charge of configurating the lamination machine and feed a foil laminated front sheet to match it to the back paper sheet, This operator ensures that registration, alignment and quality standards are being met.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Being able to feed a thin plastic sheet individually and efficiently to the machine Guarantee that the material coming out of the machine is clean and according to quality standards. Check the material for problems or abnormalities and report them to their lead supervisor Ability to work as a part of a team. Basic machine comprehension will be necessary

OTHER FUNCTIONS

Knowledge of machine operational procedures. Filling out paperwork and reports. Being able to differentiate different types of materials used. Being able to look efficiently for blemishes or abnormalities on the material. Inspect and adjust machine as necessary.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Being able to stand up for long periods of time Being able to carry up to 40lbs Sharp Vision Bending down from time to time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Being able to read and write. Being able to follow instructions. Mechanical skills preferred.
