Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a structured commitment to your clients. We operate primarily through telehealth platforms, ensuring that clients receive the support they need from the comfort of their own homes. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance while providing ample time for client sessions and documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental health diagnoses, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation that adheres to company protocols.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, actively engage with clients to understand their needs, and provide ongoing support through innovative therapy techniques.

• Utilize creative interventions tailored to individual client goals, considering each client's unique circumstances and preferences to maximize their therapeutic outcomes.

• Prepare and accurately submit documentation for each session, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational practices.

• Collaborate with case managers, medical personnel, family members, educational staff, and other stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate in all required clinical meetings and training sessions, contributing to team discussions and sharing best practices to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Light Up Counselling LTD, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

• Proven ability to set and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients, fostering a safe and respectful therapeutic environment.
