As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while helping maintain a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.05 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, business areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and unusual activity accurately in required reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
