Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Full Time Security Officer for a School in Everett MA Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3 PM Starting Pay is $21.04 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training As a Security Officer in Everett, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer in an educational setting, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support students, staff, and visitors through professional communication and customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.04 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Tue: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Wed: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Thur: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or families by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of school buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established school and Allied Universal protocols. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directing guests, and report access-control concerns to designated personnel. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to school administration and/or Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred. Customer Service Experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
