Associate Director, Digital Experience Platform Lead
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director to lead strategy, governance, and evolution of the company's global digital experience platform ecosystem. This role establishes standards, technology roadmaps, and operating models to support websites and product launches across markets while ensuring security, compliance, and accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Serve as internal expert on web platforms, analytics, tagging, and integrations
- Develop and maintain roadmap for global digital experience ecosystem supporting launches and expansion
- Establish policies and standards for architecture, security, privacy, accessibility, and performance
- Oversee website portfolio health, lifecycle planning, and technical debt management
- Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and technology teams to prioritize demand and govern pipeline
Requirements
- Subject matter expertise in web platforms, analytics, tagging, and consent management
- Experience translating business strategy into multi-year technology roadmaps
- Knowledge of architecture, security, privacy, and accessibility standards
- Demonstrated ability to balance delivery speed with scalability and technical sustainability
- Experience governing portfolios and managing cross-functional partnerships
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and AI-enabled digital capabilities
