Position - LPN LTC

Location - Meeker, CO 81641

Shift - Days- 6:00 am - 6:30 pm

Guaranteed Hours - 36 hrs

Duration - 13 weeks

Hourly Rate -$45/hr

Gross Weekly - $1,620/wk

Duties -

Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
Ensure that patients take their medication.
Assist doctors and registered nurses.
Liaise with patients' families.
