HR Generalist

Job Description A very reputable company is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, a passion for people, and the ability to handle a variety of HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Manage employee relations, addressing issues and concerns to maintain a positive work environment. Conduct training sessions on HR policies and procedures. Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives. Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
