What You’ll Do As a Receiver, you’ll be part of our team located in Shelby, OH. You’ll get to: Correctly receive and track parts using the RF system. Ensure parts have not incurred any shipping damage and are quality compliant. Completing proper material handling documentation (i.e. skid tags). Perform on-the-job training as needed. Responsible for daily 6S activities, such as housekeeping, maintaining an organized and safe work area, and any appropriate paperwork/check sheets. Demonstrate a commitment to working in a safety culture by working safely and correcting unsafe be conditions within assigned work area. Work assigned overtime when necessary. Specialized Knowledge/Skills State-approved Tool and Die Maker card or equivalent experience. Ability to verify quality of a product Good organizational skills. Basic PC skills with good working knowledge of WM. Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently. Basic math skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization. Ability to work, contribute and succeed in a team environment. Experience / Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Work Environment Must be able to work in a factory environment.
