About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Engagement and Advancement to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and personally advancing the work of the ministry, with a focus on fundraising, church engagement, and community outreach. This role is not just about funding a nonprofit; it is about resourcing a ministry with a genuine national reach. The Vice President will be tasked with translating the organization's vision into a concrete, actionable plan, and will be expected to build and implement strategies across a growing advancement function. A key aspect of the position is to hold a personal donor portfolio and to develop and manage a team that is dedicated to the organization's growth.
