Automation Technician

Swoboda, Inc. is currently looking for Automation Technicians. This position is responsible for all automation equipment and injection molding machines. Ensures that production goals are met by optimizing equipment. Assists engineers with new equipment installation and implementation. The ideal candidate should have knowledge/experience in automotive manufacturing. Must be able to work independently, have the ability to troubleshoot, maintain and repair mechanical, electrical controls, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, material handling equipment, mechanical drives, etc.

Production works several different shifts, however, *we are ONLY hiring for night shift, 5pm to 5am*. There is a 4 shift operation - two on, two off and every other weekend. There is also a Monday through Thursday for the first week and Monday through Wednesday for the second week. This depends on the line you will be working on.
