Growth Marketing Manager

The platform unifies incrementality measurement, budget planning, creative and audience intelligence, and decision memory on a single signal graph. Built for enterprise B2C, omnichannel retail, and growth-stage D2C teams, MemoLogs integrates with major marketing and commerce systems such as Meta, Google, TikTok, GA4, Shopify, and BigQuery. Teams can move from implementation to tri-model insights and optimized budget reallocation in a matter of weeks. We’re looking for a performance marketer who has actually been inside Ads Manager, managed meaningful budgets, tested creative, analyzed performance and made decisions that moved revenue. This is not a social-media-manager role. We’re building an AI-native marketing technology company, and we want someone who understands how modern performance marketing works in the real world. What you will do Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok Analyze CAC, ROAS, MER, conversion rates and LTV Build testing frameworks across audiences, creatives, landing pages and offers Monitor budget pacing and reallocate spend based on performance Develop creative testing hypotheses with design/content teams Analyze campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities Build performance reports and translate data into clear recommendations Run experiments rather than relying solely on platform attribution Help customers understand what is actually driving incremental growth Work closely with our product and AI teams to help build tools for performance marketers What we're looking for Ideally you have: 1–5 years of performance marketing experience Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager Experience managing meaningful paid-media budgets Strong analytical ability Experience running creative and audience tests A strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV and contribution margin Experience communicating campaign results clearly Agency experience is a major plus. We particularly like candidates who have managed several accounts simultaneously and have seen what works across different advertisers.
