EV Safe Charge is a leader in EV charging solutions. We sell and rent EV chargers. We are launching a national Pro Electrician Networkthat links EV charging electricians with residential and commercial installation opportunities. We are also building ZiGGY®, the mobile robotic EV charger that brings power directly to vehicles. We are looking for a highly capable Growth Marketing Managerwith 3+ years of experience who can own and execute across all marketing functions. This is a hands on role for someone who can write, build, design, analyze, and launch. Based in Los Angeles. What You’ll Do SEO and Content Own SEO strategy and execution using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush, and Screaming Frog Perform keyword research and identify high value opportunities Write and publish blog posts, landing pages, and website content using WordPress or similar CMS Improve rankings, traffic, and conversion rates Drive acquisition of electricians into the Pro Network Create campaigns that connect electricians with real installation demand Build messagingthat attracts both electricians and customers Support marketplace growth on both sides EV Charging Sales and Lead Generation Generate inbound leads for charger sales and rentals Build campaigns targeting commercial real estate, hospitality, fleets, and residential customers Developlanding pages and funnels that convert ZiGGY Marketing and Positioning Help position ZiGGY as a new category of EV charging Create content that explains the value of mobile charging versus fixed infrastructure Support pilots, announcements, and market education Email and CRM ManageHubSpotincluding workflows, automation, and segmentation Execute email campaigns and lead nurturing programs Improve conversion across the funnel Paid Media Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager Optimize for cost per lead, click through rates, and conversions Testand iterate continuously Research and Analytics Conduct market, competitor, and keyword research Track performance using analytics and reporting tools including Google Analytics and Looker Studio Turn datainto clear actions and improvements Design and Creative Create graphics for web, ads, email, and presentations using tools such asAdobe Photoshop,Adobe Illustrator,Figma, and Canva Maintain a strong and consistent brand across all materials Collaboration and Execution Work across teams using tools such as Slack and Asana, Trello, or ClickUp Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast moving environment What You Bring 3+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing Strong skills in SEO, content, email marketing, and paid media Hands on experience withHubSpot Experience with tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and CMS platforms like WordPress Ability to write clearly and persuasively Design capability across tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment Why Join Work acrossEV charging, marketplace growth, and robotics Helpbuild and scale a national electrician network Be part of launching a new category with ZiGGY High ownership and direct impact on growth Startup ground-floor opportunity, salary and equity LACI, Techstars and BRITE Portfolio Company You will be joining not just a company but a culture of innovation towards a greener future.
