About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition end-to-end — strategy, execution, and measurement — and to build the AI-driven systems that make one operator move like a team. This is not an agency-management seat. We own our media in-house, and you'll be the one in the accounts: building campaigns, briefing creative, reading the data, and shipping. You'll steward $1M+ in monthly paid spend from day one , with more unlocked as you hit milestones. You'll work with our existing team at launch and shape the resources around you as the function grows. You'll report directly to the CEO. If you want a turnkey machine to optimize, this isn't it. If you want to build one, and use AI to out-execute teams twice your size, this is exactly it. What You'll Own Paid media, end to end. Own strategy and daily, in-platform execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat . You're setting up campaigns, building audiences, managing bids, and pacing seven-figure monthly spend yourself — not directing an agency. AI-driven intelligence & optimization. Use AI every day as leverage: tear down competitor creative and landing pages, surface the angles and tests worth running, and turn analysis into direction. Build no-code automations, dashboards, and agents that kill manual work and create things that didn't exist before. Creative engine. Own creative briefing end to end. Produce and render some assets yourself, and direct a team of designers and editors to scale output. Brief, test, and iterate UGC/creator and studio creative against what the data says is winning. Landing pages & CRO. Own the landing-page and full-funnel testing roadmap — decide what to test, ship it, read it, and compound the wins. Lifecycle. Own email and SMS lifecycle — onboarding, retention, and LTV — in our custom CRM. Measurement. Own the numbers: clean attribution in GA4 and our custom BI, honest CAC/LTV/payback, and a testing cadence that compounds rather than thrashes. Know your metrics cold and communicate them clearly to leadership. Budget & forecasting. Pace to budget, plan spend across channels, and scale as milestones are met. What You Bring 6+ years in growth or performance marketing at a DTC brand (DTC experience required), with hands-on ownership of paid channels. You personally run the accounts: Meta and Google required, TikTok and/or Snapchat strongly preferred. Not "managed an agency that ran it"; you built and operated them yourself. A track record at meaningful spend , with the numbers and the decisions behind them ready to show. AI-native: fluent using AI across your workflow; analysis, competitive research, creative, copy, able to build no-code automations, dashboards, and agents. Come ready to show what you've built. Creative judgment: you can brief, generate, and pick winning hooks and concepts, and you're comfortable owning some design and rendering yourself. Strong analytics: high-level spreadsheets, GA4, dashboards, and attribution. SQL a plus. Full-funnel instinct across landing pages, CRO, and lifecycle, not just top-of-funnel. High ownership and founder mentality. You set the priorities, make the calls, and don't wait for a mandate to start. You thrive lean and move fast. A clear communicator who can present strategy directly to the CEO and the team. Bonus Points Experience in health & wellness, healthcare, pharmacy, or telehealth — and comfort with the precision regulated categories demand. We don't make claims we can't back. You've helped bring media buying in-house or built a growth function from scratch. You've managed designers or editors / run a small creative pod. How We'll Evaluate We care more about what you can do than your résumé. Come ready to walk us through ad accounts you've personally run — the structure, the tests, the numbers, and the decisions behind them. Expect a short working session where you show your thinking, not just your history. Logistics & Compensation Full-time, in person in our Los Angeles office. No remote or hybrid flex — this is a build-it-together, in-the-room role. Base salary + performance bonus. No equity. We'll discuss specifics during the process.
