Tasks Your main tasks include, among others: Inputs material requests into eMax once the Engine Operations Center enters various part numbers in WES Generates daily status reports and performs all required actions to ensure timely delivery Maintains and works with Lufthansa’s Network Supply Chain to ensure on time and complete delivery Manages Rolls Royce and Mobile Engine Services inventory levels, lead times, and costs Ensures compliance of procurement activities with government regulations, company guidelines and policies (e.g. GOPs, Employee Handbook, etc.) as well as contractual agreements Coordinates activities with production scheduling and planning Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements * Performs other duties as assigned by the Lead and Manager of Supply Chain/Logistics & Facilities Requirements The ideal Material Service Center Coordinator must fulfill the following requirements: High school diploma/GED required Bachelor’s degree desirable Three to five years’ minimum experience in MRP-based manufacturing environment Strong understanding of PAC and MPS Fluency in English language required SAP experience a plus but not required Preferably working experience in a Purchasing capacity Ability to interpret drawings and BOM requirements Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent business sense Excellent communication skills Excellent reasoning ability Excellent strategic thinking Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Excellent corporate awareness Excellent teamwork Responsible of budget:costs and revenue Assessment screening Willingness to travel Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S. * Company may provide relocation assistance * CV/Resume required About Lufthansa Technik Engine Services, Inc.
