Molina Healthcare is seeking a Wisconsin-licensed Registered Nurse for the IRIS Self-Directed Personal Care (SDPC) RN program. This remote role partners with individuals enrolled in the Wisconsin IRIS program, delivering oversight, training, and education from home while coordinating regular in-person visits in participants’ homes and communities. The RN will administer the Wisconsin Personal Care Screening Tool, create person-centered care plans, provide education to participants and care
