Remote RN: Guide IRIS SDPC Personal Care (WI)

Molina Talent Acquisition

Molina Healthcare is seeking a Wisconsin-licensed RN for a remote IRIS Self-Directed Personal Care RN role. You will oversee participants, conduct assessments, and provide education and care oversight through home visits and community engagements.

You will administer care tools, develop plans, and coordinate with providers while ensuring compliance with DHS policies. Travel up to half the time may be required.
