Remote IRIS SDPC RN - Self-Directed Personal Care

Molina Talent Acquisition

Molina Healthcare is seeking an RN licensed in Wisconsin to support IRIS Self-Directed Personal Care (SDPC) participants remotely, with regular home visits across communities. The RN will provide oversight, assessment, and education to optimize personal care plans and ensure program compliance.

Requires an active WI RN license, ADN or higher, and at least 2 years of nursing experience including care for adults with disabilities or older adults. Travel up to 50% may be required.
