Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical care to clients presenting with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, utilizing established therapeutic approaches and best practice standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring access to relevant and linked services.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings, utilizing evidence-based tools to inform treatment strategies and create focused intervention plans.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, effectively managing acute situations and supporting clients in distress.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, families, and external providers to monitor progress, address challenges, and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation, reports, and data submissions to meet organizational and funding standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
